How fast can I have my computer back?
We are usually able to return every computer within three days after receiving it. On certain occasions, when waiting for a replacement part, it might take us a little longer to complete a job.
I need a quick turnaround so I can have my computer for my trip. Can you do it?
Yes, we can perform a service to any computer and mail it back to you within 24 hours of receiving it. This express service has an expedited charge of $ 15.00
Will you test my computer before returning it?
Yes, after replacing the battery, cleaning the seat, installing a new O-ring and resealing the computer, we set the time and date and test that alarm beeps and the display light works.
Afterwards, every computer is tested in a pressure chamber to 50 mts (165 feet) to guarantee water tightness. During the test, maximum depth and rapid ascend alarms are both checked. The test immersion will show up in your computer´s log as the last recorded dive.
Should I send my transmitter if I want my computer serviced?
No, unless your transmitter also requires battery replacement. If only your transmitter needs service, we suggest you send us your computer along so we can verify they link up correctly.
After replacing the O-ring and battery, all transmitters are subject to the same waterproof testing to 50 mts (165 feet) as computers.

No. We do not sell dive computers. We specialize in servicing all brands and models of dive computers and quartz dive watches.
